Mr. Fanuel Kakai graduated from Moi University, Eldoret with a Bachelor of Laws degree (L.L.B) (Hons) and is also a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya on the 21st day of March, 2017. He is a certified Professional Mediator having trained at the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa. He is currently pursuing Certified Secretaries at Kasneb, as well as being a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) Candidate at The University of Nairobi. He did his articles of pupilage with the Firm of Messrs.’ Mukele Ngacho & Co. Advocates. He then proceeded to work with the said firm for a period of one year after his articles which is renowned for its Civil Criminal Constitutional and Electoral Disputes Law practice. While working with the said firm, he advised on and Litigated in the said areas. He Specializes in Litigation, mainly Civil, Employment and Labour Relations, Environment and Land, Family, Divorce, Children, Criminal and Commercial. He also has experience handling Constitutional matters, Judicial Review Applications, Electoral and Political Parties Disputes.
